RETURNS

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Que Label Clothing we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn, still fitted with all tags and labels and are found to have some sort of damage. This applies to any item sent to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Que Label Clothing when sent back, so we selecting a delivery service, like your local post office, that provides tracking ID.

Please see our return instructions below under How to Make a Return in our return policy. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund. These include sale items, accessories, intimates, bodysuits and swimwear.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels. This applies to any item sent to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Exchanges take around 3-5 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Que Label Clothing when sent back, so we selecting a delivery service, like your local post office, that provides tracking ID.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced in your return email to RETURNS@QUELABEL.COM.

You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) of equal value, and we’ll send them back to you at no extra charge.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at RETURNS@QUELABEL.COM.

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods.

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To begin your return, please email returns@quelabel.com with the subject line, Returns: Order # type order number. Please include the following in your return email:

  • Your name
  • Requesting a return or exchange
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • For exchanges, item(s) you would like as a replacement with size (if applicable)
  • Full order number

Once your email is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

Please address all returns to: Que Label Clothing, 4301 NE 4th Street #2640, Renton, WA 98059-9998.

Please send back item in original packaging, with all tags attached, and item must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. 

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your confirmation email with final sale breakdown and total cost of order will be sufficient. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Original priced items purchased with a discount code can be returned.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE:

  • All Items on the Sale.
  • Accessories
  • Intimates, Bodysuits, and Swimwear.
