HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE?
Our apologies. We currently do not offer international sales sitewide. If you live outside of the United States, and are interested in purchasing an item from our store, please email email@example.com. In the subject line, please add "International Shipping Inquiry." Be sure to include in the body of the email, which items you are interested in purchasing and the city and country to receive shipment.
DOES QUE LABEL DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?
We do not currently offer Saturday specific deliveries.
DOES QUE LABEL OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free standard shipping on orders within the U.S. over $99 and free expedited shipping on orders over $249.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION?
We do not currently have a physical store. We will be hosting private pop up shops and fashions shows in the Greater Seattle Area in the coming months. Sign up for our newsletter to receive more information and to be added to our VIP list.
DOES QUE LABEL OFFER SITE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS?
We offer store credit and exchanges only. Our return policy is 14 days after receipt of item(s). If 14+ days have past since receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange due to item availability, but store credit can be issued on a case by case basis up to 30 days pass item receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it and all tags must still be attached.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To begin your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include in the subject line, Returns: Order # type order number. Include the name of the person who placed the order, copy of order confirmation email and reason for returning. Once your email is receive, a return shipping label will be emailed to you.
Please send back item in original packaging, with all tags attached, and item must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received.
HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE?
We do not currently offer international exchanges.
WHAT IS A SPECIAL ORDER

IS A SPECIAL ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION, REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, due to the customized nature, Special Orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations.

HOW DO I DETERMINE IF AN ITEM WILL FIT ME?
To take the guesswork out of your shopping experience and help communicate the fit of a garment, we clearly note the model size and size of the displayed garment on each product page. We use this measurement chart as our guideline:
